Oseng Tahu Tempe

Sometimes I felt bored when almost everyday,

the dishes on my dining table are meat, chicken, or fish

I asked my mom whether she want to cook the simple ingredients

She said okay

I surely guessed that she will buy tahu and tempe

And it's true

Tahu and tempe are diced

Then she is choosing to change it into the oseng one

Hhmmmmm....it smells good

I love it

Tahu : tofu ; tempe : tempeh / soybean cake

Oseng : fried with little oil

This food is delicious

You can taste the sweet from its ketchup and spicy because of chili
