Many nutritionist said : eat vegetables in a lot portion if you wanna make your diet successful. I do that. One of my favorite menu is capcay. It's Chinese food. If you come to Chinese restaurant, you're gonna find this menu. It's very delicious and healthy. The ingredients are vegetable of course such as carrots, cabbages, mustard green (sawi hijau in Indonesian), cauliflower, and then sausages, meatballs, prawn, and stirring eggs. I like spicy food, so I add chili on it. Yummy....It's made by my Mom.
