Apang

Another cake from Manado will be served

It's made from flour, palm sugar, scrapped coconut,

screwpine leaf, and then it's roasted

I like it. Yummmmmy :-)

When I was a little girl, my grandma often gave me this cake

Hhm....it smells good

The name is Apang, or Apem in Javanese

Coffee and apang has made my night wonderful today
