Roti Sobek

I like bread

Especially when I chew it, the softness comes,

and the smell of butter appears sharply

It's yummy I guess

This traditional bread is my grandmother's recipe

The content is made from peanut and sugar

It's pulverized roughly

Of course, we fry the peanut before it's mixed with sugar

Arrange the dough neatly in the wonder pan

Smear it with butter and flour

The peanut is already put inside

And then bake it

 This is roti sobek

Roti : bread ; sobek : tear

I can tear it part by part

 Hhm.....delicious!

It's suitable with black coffee
