Bakwan

 Hhm, bakwan is delicious
It's made from scraping corn 
Once you eat it, you can't stop 
Trust me :-)


My mom gave her direction
And I started to mix all of the spices
There are onion, red chili, bird eye chili, temu kunci,
kaffir lime leaf, salt, sugar, plain flour, and egg
Kunci :  finger root, krachai (Thai), ao chun jiang (Mandarin)
Combine it together in a big bowl
Stir it, and then take the dough spoon by spoon on the wok
Fry it
