Dabu Dabu

As you know that mostly Indonesian food are very spicy

Sometimes the bird eye chili is pulverized,

and put it together into the dish,

or separated

What I'm going to show you here is SAMBAL

There are various types of it

One of them is DABU DABU

The recipe is from Manado, North Sulawesi

Chili, shallot, tomato are diced

Mix it up, and give the lime squeezed

Stir it, and give little salt

Hhm, it's more delicious if we're calling other friends too,

like hot rice, grilled fish, or fried fish
