Bihun!

I'm just thinking that I really have good neighbors. They're friendly and like to share a lot, especially food...what I mean. One of my neighbor, their house is right next after mine, they held a praying community. They borrow my Mom's plates. 

And as the substitution...although we never ask as we lent them plates, they gave us bihun. Uhuyyyyyyyyyyyy....yummy....yummy....

Bihun is thin rice noodles.

Pineapple, carrot, cucumber, shallot are diced

Also...the unforgettable...green chili
