Semur Lidah

I've heard how Western people handle the cows processing.

They just cut and clean the meat.

No head, no tail, no legs, no innards.

These are considered as garbage.

Am I right?

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Not all of people like to eat innards,

as this is containing too much cholesterol 

and not good for our body.

In my country, most people like to eat that.

Heart, intestine, or tongue.

Fiuhhhh....
