Mendoan

When my cousin went back to his hometown,

I asked him to buy me mendoan

What is mendoan?

 It's a kind of tempeh (soybean cake) which is sliced into thin shape,

fried with special batter,

Rice flour, tapioca flour, coriander, garlic, turmeric, and salt

Do you see the flour?

It has been mixed & packaged already

So...just take the bowl, take the flour, pour it with water and leek slices,

and put the mendoan in it

Fried it

Here we go, the crispy mendoan

Eat it with ketchup and you can add chili 

Actually...mendoan it's fried half done

But, my Mom prefer this one

Well, that's okay, it's still delicious anyway
