My lunch today is delicious
Rice, and BOTOK!
Love it, love it! So hot! A lot of chili!
There are tempe (soybean cake), tofu, basil, leucaena, and scrapped coconut
It's mixed with Indonesian spices, wrapped it with banana leaf,
and then steamed it. Perfect!
Botok is Javanese food and the ingredients are not always tempe and tofu
It can be modified, you can change it with anchovy or mushroom
