Do you like eggplant?
Oh, I love it
My lunch today is rice, fried chicken, and sambal terong
Sambal : sauce ; Terong : eggplant
It's very hot
My mom is using Lebanese eggplant
The spices are :
5 garlics, 8 shallots, 5 red peppers, bird eye chili based on your flavor,
5 tomatoes, a little dried shrimp paste, salt, sugar, and seasonings
Fried the slices of garlic and shallot in the wok
Pulverized the red pepper, bird eye chili, and dried shrimp paste,
then put it in the wok
Fried until it smells, then put the tomato slices
Fried for a minute then put the eggplant slices
Give the salt, sugar, and seasonings
It's DELICIOUS!
