The ingredients come from Flores, East Nusa Tenggara
Hhm, yummmyyyyyyyy...!

Hot brown rice, fried pork, and sambal jeruk
The pork is soft and crunchy
Sambal jeruk means sauce which is made from
chili, shallot, tomato, and lime
